All products are carefully packed and shipped. If the customer wishes to return a product they have received and is not satisfied, they must inform the Company by phone or e-mail. Product returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt and the product, and its packaging must be in perfect condition and needs to be accompanied by the purchase receipt / invoice. Return costs are covered by the customer. If the item is not defective, the product will be returned to the customer at his own expense.
In case a defective product was received by the customer, they have the right to request its replacement with another of the same type or to request a refund of the price paid within seven (7) calendar days from the day of receipt of the package. The customer must immediately inform the Company by telephone or e-mail and then return the product using or including its original packaging, the purchase receipt / invoice and any other document that may accompany it.
The costs of returning a defective product are borne by the Company.
Returns are not accepted for food items for hygiene purposes. In all the above cases the value of the product is returned to the customer to their bank account/credit card. It should be noted that in the case of a refund by bank transfer, bank fees are charged to the customer.
