Green Halkidiki Olives are worldwide famous and naturally produced in the region of Halkidiki Greece,

have more sodium, are sour , saltier and bitter than black olives (for example kalamata olives).

The harvest is about September – October.

You can use green olives as a snack with herbs like oregano , rosemary etc. , in the greek salad and many other food pairings .
