Moderate lemon color with perky, spicy, grassy nose, with elements of peas, asparagus and herbs, meeting white flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate it has citrus fruit and floral notes in a herbal and botanical background. Medium body, with the acidity leading to a medium-length oily aftertaste.
Pair it with green salads with white balsamic dressing, fried snacks.
